      Our property is managed by White Ivy Real Estate here in Huntsville. They handle everything including applications, repair calls, leases, and payments. They are here to take care of all your needs and do a great job.

      Our mission is to provide affordable housing to SHSU students, and the Huntsville area in general, in order to fulfill the growing demand of quality housing with horse boarding options. We are members of the community, graduates of Sam Houston, and alumni Bearkat Rodeo members. As owners we live, shop, work, and vote in Huntsville, Texas!
